The Torah is eternal  the book of centuries for different nations and religions often transforms into a source of inspiration for creativity for  different artists. The universal questions and archetypes shown in the Scriptures are actual in nowadays.

The main goal of the art project "Torah Images" is to revive the biblical characters in present through photography, video, painting and music. In order to bring modern Jewish society closer to the Old Scriptures. The characters of the biblical heroes will be modern people with charisma and pronounced personal and external qualities that resemble to biblical heroes.

Torah Images is a series of Art exhibitions that’s unites 3 Arts: photography, painting and music. Exhibition are interactive and has great educational influence. “Art version of Torah Commentary”

The project is a union of three artists: photographer Shendy Copitman, artist Maria Sclearenco and famous klezmer violinist Mark Kovnatskiy.
